To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlsss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from technical faults, delays in transaction processing, or temporary unavailability of specific features. jlsss is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Nothing in these terms limits jlsss's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlsss platform shall first be referred to the jlsss support team for resolution through the platform's internal complaints process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within a reasonable timeframe, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. You agree that any formal legal proceedings relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jlsss encourages all players to raise concerns promptly so that they can be addressed efficiently and fairly.
